About Me & My Practice
My practice is about deepening into self-discovery and self-awareness, feeling held with safety and compassion, and finding healing and transformation.
I deeply value connection and am honored to get to know those that I work with on a deeper level. My passion for this field began as early as my teenage years and into college where I provided peer counseling and worked in a residential home for boys. I have since worked as a psychotherapist in a variety of settings since 2010 from school sites, to youth development programs, to clinics and private practice. From 2013-2021 I developed the mental health counseling program at Seven Tepees Youth Program as their Counseling Program Director. I have also worked as a School Counselor for close to a decade supporting students K-8th grade with their social emotional wellbeing both individually, in small groups, and within the classrooms. I work primarily with individual pre-teens, teenagers and adults from all different backgrounds. I offer safe healing space to deepen into self-exploration, gain insights and self-awareness with compassion, and find healing.
I am here to support you, to walk alongside you on your path, whether you are experiencing:
My approach is warm and collaborative. I offer therapeutic interventions from approaches including mindful somatic psychology (Hakomi), psychodynamic psychology, internal family systems (parts work) and cognitive behavioral therapy. I work with each individual to determine the best interventions to assist you in the positive change and support that you may need at this time. I listen empathically and then approach therapy with a variety of influences to best fit each individual's needs.
I hope for the chance to know and support you.
